Since graduation I served a mission for the LDS church to Alabama. What great memories of walking around the neighbor"hoods" (literally the hoods sometimes) of the good ol' south. Love those people!

I met my handsome man I'd been waiting for in 2001 and we were married. Since he is slightly younger than myself we headed off to school in San Francisco so he could learn to work on people's smiles. It was nice to live in the beautiful city on a hill by the bay. We lived right by the Golden Gate Bridge. We could see the ocean from our bedroom window (ooh la la), hear the waves crashing at night(love that sound), hear the fog horns on foggy nights and days (which there were many), and walk to the beach just down the hill from our apt. Fun Days!

Before getting married I found some fun past time activities that are truly past time activities now but things like: running, swimming, biking and hiking were greatly enjoyed in my single days. I participated in a triathlon (relay for me--too far on my own) in Rocky Point where I swam a mile in the ocean (scared that a shark was going to find me--but I made it aside from the upset stomach from swallowing so much salt water). I ran a marathon! Well......I ran the Moab half-marathon and the Provo Trail half-marathon which what I learned at good ol' Pima High is that 13+13=26 and that is a Marathon--Right!? I also backpacked the beautiful Havasupi a couple of times and learned to rock climb. Love all those things and hope to get back into them with my little family of boys!!!
I became a Kindergarten Teacher through NAU--well....they gave me that wonderful degree so that I could become one. I taught Kindergarten in Gilbert, AZ for five years until my own little munchkins joined Josh and myself. I am lucky to be a mommy and stay at home with three little boys.

AZ is where we call home right now! Crazy to be back in the Gila Valley after being gone for so long! Gotta love it! :)
